Smell Training Workshop
Saturday 19 November 2022, 10.00am to 4.30pm

This one-day workshop delivered by AbScent's own Chrissi Kelly will cover the theory and practice of Smell Training, the evidence-based technique to restore smell following a viral infection such as Covid-19. You will:

  • understand how smell training supports recovery
  • learn the correct technique for effective smell training
  • pick up tips and practical advice for living with altered taste and smell

The workshop is an in-persona event held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Winnersh Triangle, Reading RG41 5TS.

AbScent Event Registration Terms & Conditions

By registering to take part in an AbScent event, you agree with the following conditions: 

  • You have a smell disorder, that is you have little or no sense of smell, or you experience parosmia.
  • You are over the age of 18. 

  • Your registration is just for you. Unfortunately, we are not able to invite partners or companions to join us because of limited numbers.

  • Your reason for attending this event is to address your personal health needs, and you will not use what you learn for commercial or material gain (eg. charging to teach others). 

  • The material shared before, during and after this event is the intellectual property of AbScent and should not be reproduced or shared without permission.

  • If you are not able to attend, your registration fee is refundable up to two weeks before the event. Places cancelled two weeks or less before the event cannot be refunded.

  • If you are not able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the place to someone else.

  • We may email you some time after the event to see what difference, if any, this event has made to your experience of living with a smell disorder.
