During this four hour course we will cover all of the important points about the smell training method, how to avoid some of the common pitfalls, and will practice and reinforce the technique.
You will learn about the difference between taste and smell and how smell loss affects flavor. You will also learn the importance of a good self-care regime.
Over the four sessions your progress will be tracked and you will receive support in areas where you feel you need it. Advanced techniques, assistance with mindfulness and other strategies will be offered to help keep you on track with your smell training.
